Advertising booklet promoting the summer colony at Willow Point, West Mystic, published by the Seashore Realty Co., 1908. The booklet includes a description of Willow Point, nearby points of interest and photographs of the cottages and shoreline. Cottages available to rent include Lenox, Elenore, Victoria, Glenada, Somerset, Willow Point Camp, Columbia Camp, Belvedere Cottage, Kenmore, Rose View, Melrose, Bay-View, Gibraltar, Sea Breeze and Genesee. The property was developed for use as a summer resort by Silas Maxson (1857-1929).
