Includes a full page plan of the original lots at Ocean View Heights surveyed by George E. Pitcher and Son, November 1922. The street layout ( and in some cases the street names) changed as the lots were actually purchased and developed. A large portion of the central lots between "Virginia Ave." and "Denison Ave." were used for S. B. Butler Elementary School.Collection
