3 black and white photographs showing the lighthouse tender TULIP washed up on the railroad tracks at the lighthouse wharf in New London following the '38 Hurricane. The vessel was washed up on the tracks during the storm, September 21, 1938 and was eventually removed from the tracks by the Merrit, Chapman & Scott corporation on October 7 of that year.Collection
