Atlantic Coast Fisheries purchased the property from the Groton Iron Works in 1927 and later sold the lot to Pfizer. Bayview Ave., Soundview Road and Round Hill Road can be seen in the background on the right. The houses across the street from the company were demolished after Pfizer bought the property and expanded across Eastern Point Road.Collection
