E-201.1Description
This shrunken head of a monkey has several locks of hair attached to its head as well as its face, specifically the eyebrow area. The back uses a stitched like technique that allows it to be sealed and held together securely. Worn out string seems to be holding the upper and lower lips together through very small as well as visible holes; above the lip are two slightly larger holes for the nostrils. Majority of the outside face and hair is a brown color, except for the visibly worn-out areas.Collection

Inside of the box that the head came from is a tooth, which is likely to be human. The box also likely came from a doctor's office or place of work due to the address and medical symbol on the cover.
