Name/Title

Clay Effigy Bowl

Entry/Object ID

A-171

Description

A black ware clay effigy bowl, with four protruding knobs. It is hard to identify what this bowl is supposed to depict, but on the original catalog card it is listed as probably being in the shape of a bird. At least two of the knobs have been chipped off, with various fire clouds spotted around the curve of the bowl.
