Notes

Human head on left shoulder appears to have been broken off and reattached. Rear leg of tripod base also appears to have been broken and repaired. A vertical crack extends from behind the right ear down to the right hip which appears to have been glued. Cracks radiate from the mouth and horizontal cracks are at the right side of the neck and right eye socket. Another crack is at the top of the head.
