Use
Extremely dangerous machine, this is not Diathermy - the sparks from this can cut through 1" thick steak instantaneously! The voltage is much lower than with Diathermy but both the current and frequency are roughly 4 times higher - 14A and around 4MHz. Graphic photos included below.
