William Herbert Rollins (19. June 1852 - 1929) was a prolific writer, dentist, and early experimenter with X-Rays. He outlined safety practices and precautions early on which were largely ignored and lead to the death of many of his colleagues. He was also an outspoken critic of Nikola Tesla regarding the safety of X-Rays.Collection
