Epochal work of William Herbert Rollins, compiled in 1904 - originally published as a series of articles in trade journals in the late 1890s.

Context

William Herbert Rollins (19. June 1852 - 1929) was a prolific writer, dentist, and early experimenter with X-Rays. He outlined safety practices and precautions early on which were largely ignored and lead to the death of many of his colleagues. He was also an outspoken critic of Nikola Tesla regarding the safety of X-Rays.
