This is the Illinois Host Building at the Century of Progress 1933-34 Chicago World's Fair. Rows of clipped bushes are along the sidewalks. Visible sides of the tower have a vertical decorative center panel with the state seal above and the word ILLINOIS in stand-up letters above it. A cement bench is in front.
