A sunken garden with bushes and small trees, two thatched roof structures, a kiosk with a round roof and other "works in progress" is in front and at right in photo. An openwork steel tower is at right edge. A long horizontal building in light color with 3 projecting dark canopies is above and to left of garden. Steps lead up from garden level. Three sets of double flagpoles with flags are at edge of garden. Sky has puffy clouds. Photo is mounted on ecru paperboard mat.
