Electrical Building and waterfront entrance of the Century of Progress 1933-34 Chicago World's Fair. Scene is shot across lagoon with water and tied-up boats in foreground. Sky is very cloudy, almost ominous. Building is long. Entrance at left of photo above boat landing has many steps framed by twin towers with fresco designs. Seven white and 8 black vertical elements are on upper part of the building beside a design of a human figure with upraised hands. Walkways on different levels have railings. Name of the building is on it in capital letters.
