Description

Citizens State Bank on the northwest corn of York and First Streets. Card bears a cancelled one-cent stamp and has been addressed to "Mr. D. Stoelting, 2039 N. Marshfield Ave., Chicago, Ill." Message in pencil on the front reads "We are having a high old time. From Anna & Johanna." The Elmhurst postmark is illegible beyond "Aug." (Note: The image is Citizens State Bank, later the First National Bank. It stood on the northwest corner of York and First Streets.)
