Description

A panorama at night of the Century of Progress 1933-34 Chicago World's Fair. Sixteen floodlights made a white curtain of light against a black sky. A pole with 4 spotlights shows up at left. Some buildings are faintly illuminated. Light is reflected on an expanse (water?) in the middle. Two people are silhouetted on a bench behind a wire fence at bottom of photo. Photo is mounted on ecru paperboard mat.
