Back side bears an address label for "A. J. Engling" as well as some handwritten notes. "Residents at Work & Play / 2nd Place Award / Photo Contest Summer 1977" has been written in blue ink and "On the Wrong Track / Final By Pass Cut / People at Work / York at CNWRR / 8-27-77" has been written in black marker by the donor and photographer, Alfred Engling. There is also a gold-embossed Village of Elmhurst seal with two red ribbons on the back.
