Handwritten identification on the back reads "Elmhurst Underpass Program / Looking N.E. from roof of Elmhurst National Bank Bldg excavating underway. Ace Hdwr. will remain. Elm Lighting will be razed." Print is dated "Mar. 30, 1977."
