There is a strip of red, white and blue ribbon adhered to the back. Typed notation on back reads "Opening of York St.Labor day, 1921." Stamping on back reads "H. A. Luetgert, Elmhurst, ILL." A pink diamond card is affixed to the back with blank printing. The names of the seven men are written on the back in pencil. Inked lines read "First Outing and Field Meet Given by Ev. Lutheran Athletic Association of the Synodical Conf. Inc. Labor Day, Sept. 5, 1921..."
