There has been two different labels for this photograph. One being said that it was showing people arriving through the entry gate of the Exeter Fair, and the other labeling stating that it was the funeral attendance of Francis Hill at the Exeter Fairgrounds. It's believed that Francis W. Hill II is the taller man standing in the suit and hat.
