Cindy Tran, UCLA Alumni 2021 Travel Small, Be Big symbolizes the few items my father was able to bring with him through his journey and his courage as a refugee. The art piece that I created is fairly simple, there are no extra details and it is not colorful. It is to signify the opposition to glorification of life in America. I'm open to any suggestions! Please let me know if I should make any edits.
