Family Picnic

Filipino families and friends from the city often visited their "Manongs" and "Uncles" in the countryside on weekends. Ricardo Alvarado took this photograph during a visit to his eldest brother, Cirilo, a Manong migrant farmworker. During visits, the families feasted, played cards, and caught up on each other's news.
