Children's Party

Immediately after World War II, the Filipino American community experienced its own baby boom. Many of these boomers were mixed-race children. This generation would grow up, in substantial numbers, to transform the Filipino American community into a cultural and political force, joining with other Asian Americans in the movement for racial justice.
