Barbara Tran’s poetry has appeared in Cincinnati Review, Conjunctions, The Paris Review, and The New Yorker. The recipient of a MacDowell Freund Fellowship, Bread Loaf Scholarship, Lannan Foundation Writer’s Residency, and Pushcart Prize, Barbara is a contributor to collaborative works by She Who Has No Master(s), a collective of diasporic Vietnamese womxn and nonbinary writers. Along with Monique Truong and Luu Truong Khoi, Barbara is co-editor of Watermark: Vietnamese American Poetry & Prose, forthcoming in a 25th anniversary edition in 2023.
