(This is likely 306 W Washington Street before additions to the house. Ed C. Plymate purchased lot 5 on Washington St (Odell’s 2nd Addition) on 23 Sep 1898 for $200.)
Ed was the son of Joseph & Luvina Clark Plymate, and they moved to Fairland in 1873. Joe opened a harness shop, & later Ed joined the business which expanded to sell stoves & hardware.Photograph Details
