Description

Brown leather folding book with a sticker that says "WW-II Ration Books" and embosses on the book is "War Ration/ Books and Tokens". Inside the book is two pouches, one that says blue and the other that says red. There is heavy damage along the edges of the book and a rubber band appears to have been wrapped around the book and melted to it. Alongside the book was two blue tokens and five red tokens as well as 13 ration booklets assigned to different people at different times for different goods.

Use

Used during World War Two to ration goods and materials that were used heavily in the war effort like oil, steel, and food.
