This is a very early hangar that hung on the fireplace crane in the early homestead buildings prior to cast iron stoves. They're adjustable on the height with a locker bar that, would allow it to go either up or down. This one was found, on Glenfine in the old hut on the creek, may go back to the days of the Roe family rather than the Howe family because it's so early and old.Collection
