This is a mechanized fork with a pusher when you pull the little trigger. The story is they were used by bait wires for, dingoes, foxes, etcetera. You spear them into the bucket of baits. Got a piece on the 3 prongs. Pulled the trigger and it was pushed off without handling the poison. Interesting tool.Collection
