Description

This is a Cast Iron Clark Kettle with an easy back or lazy back attached to the handle. These were, the easy back was swung off a fireplace crane. This enabled the ladies to tilt the kettle, to pour the hot boiling water out without lifting the kettle. A very early piece of mechanical, kitchenalia. Extremely hard to find.
