Description

This is one of the triangular bladed cutters for cutting the top out of the 4 gallon tin, kerosene tin and petrol tin. Handle on the top, riveted together. No doubts. It would have worked pretty effectively, photograph of the cutter with an example of the 4 gallon kerosene tin.
