This is a wooden dicing, machine from the days of rabbit plagues when, rabbits were poisoned regularly. The material that was grated was run through this machine to dice it into small cubes and then, mixed with poison. These were would once have been very common, all hand operated. Double action so you could make cubes or you could make slices? Alright. A double action from either end. You could make cubes or slices. There's also a spare, cube or slicing piece of the wooden structure with it.Collection
