This this is a beautiful manufacturer's plaque from Cowley's Eureka Iron Works Ballarat. The Cowley building still exists. It's now run as Miller's Engineering in the same old structure doing heavy industrial work. A very interesting part of Bell Arch history is this Cowley's Cowley's sign
