All the handpieces that are in this area of the collection originated from the Dangar Gedye collection in Sydney that was put together in the 1920s. This collection has remained intact up until today. We have added to it with very important models. So each handpiece, as we go through, are all part of the Dangar Gedi Collection. This one, this is the Ford compressed air model. Works on a tiny little turbine in the back end of it. Ford, Ford MacFarlane. McFarlane was a South Australian pastoralist who provided the funding to Ford, who was an engineer to build this handpiece.Collection
