Is one of the very early Wolesley motor types. This dates back to 1887, when they were still experimenting to work out how, to create oscillation in a handpiece to cut. This particular one is missing some of the parts to make it work, but the basic front end of it is still there. The drive mechanism is gone but it is still unique because of its rareness in the history of the creation of the mechanical handpiece. This would be , is one of the very early Woolsey motor types.
