This is the Burgan Wilkinson body, of a drummer boy handpiece, exceptionally rare, stamped with the famous stamp of the drummer boy with the drum with sound stamped in. There is a complete one of this in existence. Unfortunately all the internal parts are missing from this, just a shell. A very important early relic but very incomplete.
