This is the Cooper Comet. Quite a significant handpiece from the point of view that it was made of very lightweight alloy for competition shearing. However, it proved not to be very durable, cracked a lot and went out of shape. This is from the 60’s it was considered a failure, probably a rare one to find these days in good condition. A very special comet type tension nut.
