This is a Cooper USA, Stewart Sheep Shearing Co. Chicago Ill. USA with a wide fork fitted and a clutch mechanism under the handpiece, which makes it quite an unusual addition to the handpiece. This is 1904. Very rare to see this clutch on a production model.
