This is the Fowler's temperature Gauge for when doing fruit preserving in the equipment. This is a registered design, a screw top lid. It has the thermometer in it with indications for all the different products, milk for children, stone fruit, fruit marmalade, quite complex. I would say this is a pretty rare piece,Collection
