This is a Disston tool. Its function is a tool used on the huge band saw blades used in heavy sawmills when cutting huge trees. These things are still used today but are a very expensive tool. These set the teeth and do the so the sharpening can be done and the tooth setting done. Stamped, Disston and Sons Philadelphia. So once again, this is one of the early Disston tools before they moved to Canada.Collection
