Rural of tools. These are 4 wooden handled eel spears. Quite often they were barbed on the end. These were used to, spear the eels and catch them. Usually during the day when they were virtually dormant, they were too active and moving at night, but during the day, you could see them in clear fresh water. These are quite an old and hard to find tool.Collection
