These, 4 tin collars that were worn by goats that ran on the commons in the Western Division of Queensland and New South Wales. The owners information was stamped into the tin work. Also, a tag from the respective Shire was attached. These all had a rolled edge so as not to cut into the goat. These go back to pre First World War and goats were in great use in this dry country. Today, these are a long forgotten item and very hard to find.Collection
