1 is a steel, cut out used to cut out the sole of a boot or the heel of a boot from a heavy leather hide. The second one is an iron with a wooden handle. This would have had originally a billet of steel heated, slid into it. The door which kept this the piece in there is missing. The body is made of brass. Interesting piece but incomplete.Collection
