This is an oil tin for the Apollo motor, sold by Winchcombe Carson in Brisbane. These motors and this tin were manufactured by Ronaldson Tippett in Ballarat, badged Apollo for the Queensland market. This is quite a rare tin. It has the brass Apollo and Winchcombe Carson manufacturing plaque soldered to it,
