This is a very cleverly made, sparrow trap, bird trap. It has tilt floors in 4 catching positions. Grain is put in the in the ground on the, tray in the floor, which attracts the birds when they land on the tray, it tilts over and tips them into the cage. Clever piece, probably frowned upon today.Collection
