This is the Sun Apple Slicer made by Cassius M Heffman, Rochester USA, 1890. Hand operated, a range of slices. The apple is put in the top and the handle pushes the, plunger pushes the apple through the slices, and they fall out the bottom. This is quite a rare piece, not many of them about.Collection
