This is the food processor, which was the first product made by Leroy Starrett when he did his engineering degree in America. He didn't persevere with these at all. Went into tool making, Starrett tools, the premium tools made in America today. These things are beautifully engineered with a dog clutch to turn the bowl. The blade goes up and down to chop the components up. This one's in full working order.Collection
