Is a wooden toy hinged in 2 spots to give it 3 movements in the shape of an alligator with 3 sets of wheels underneath, and you would pull it along and it would wag as you pulled it. I'd call it a really appropriate Depression improvisation piece. Quite a lovely piece.Collection
