Description

This is a tail docker made by JC Brown in Geelong, round about 1905. This apparatus was, used by using a blowtorch to heat 2 searing irons that were, in the force of the flame at all time to keep them hot and they alternated from one side to the other. This one originated from Dunlop Station on the Darling River at Louth in New South Wales, came out of the storeroom on the, at Dunlop, been there since the days of Dermot Murray
