This is the small size prickly pear gun that was, kept in a pouch on a saddle. The whole idea of it was that the rider didn't have to dismount the horse in order to, inject a shot of poison into the prickly pear.. As good as the prickly pear gun. These are far scarcer than the large sawyers one. Quite collectible, all made of brassCollection
