Description

This is a little cast iron piece which was screwed onto the counter, the wooden counter of shops. It has slots for 2 shillings, 1 shillings, 6pence and 3pence which will put in the slot, push with your finger to determine whether they were genuine coins or counterfeit. So this is from the counterfeit coin period of the Depression, 1920s, 1930s. Very, hard piece to find.
