This is a small tool used by poultry breeders called a toe punch. This is to be able to, keep track of the batches of eggs as they come out of an incubator. The skin between the toes on the chook, the chicken is perforated so that they can work out which egg, which chicken belongs to which batch. Quite a rare tool, No. 1-16 can be encoded into the web of chickens for IDCollection
