This is a beautiful cast brass, piece with the collar and the hand coming out of the coat, holding a frame. It has the British design diamond on it, so it's very early. These pieces were on the end of a stick or a handle telling the, passengers on a sailing ship when the tea or the meals are ready and what the events were on the ship. Very rare item. Beautiful condition, minus its wooden handle.Collection
